Refund policy
At Adamal Glow, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
